We are located in Northeast Los Angeles Our studio is in Highland Park. If you have a gathering of 4 or more, our beautiful sister studio, STUDIO 216 is available to host you.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 72 prior to your appointment for a deposit refund. If you miss or cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment the deposit will not be refunded.

The actual ZAP is really fast but we studio appointments last 30 minutes to give you enough time to choose your perfect pieces.

If there is a particular ritual or ceremony that you'd like to include, please ask as fees and time frames may shift.

Not at all, the process is completely safe and painless.

Once we have welded a custom bracelet onto your wrist we cannot refund you.

Though our bracelets are meant to stay on indefinitely, you can simply remove them with small scissors. Please note, it is best cut it at the link that we welded to ensure you can get it linked again when you are ready.

Yes! We would be happy to book another session with you (and your people) to get it put back on when you are ready.

Yes, Kids ages 6 and over are welcome with parental consent.
